I’m a certified personal trainer and coach based in Dubai. My interest in fitness began when I was teaching Zumba. I went on to enhance my knowledge of wellness and what it means to each individual. Through personal training sessions, I can now educate and motivate clients. My program focuses on weight loss, muscle toning, and confidence-building.

Every program is suited to an individual’s abilities, capabilities, timetable, and health considerations. A preliminary physical assessment of my clients helps me evaluate and strategize the best course of action to ensure that they achieve their fitness goals.

In my years of experience coaching various clients, I have developed a recipe for success. Nothing is more important than understanding a client’s needs, helping set clear objectives, and collaboratively working towards a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
